Terms of Sale:
You must inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt and verify that your order is correct. We will correct any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of error. You must notify eStovesNMore of any discrepancies within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa or Master Card Credit cards and debit cards. All cards will be charged at the time the order was placed. We accept personal and business checks. All orders will remain on hold until checks clear. All prices are in US dollars. Once you place your order your credit card is charged for the purchase.
Order Confirmation:
In order to send you and email confirmation that your order has been processed, you must supply your email address when placing your order. We do not sell or share email addresses. By purchasing a product from us, you have agreed to our policies, procedures and terms.
Order Change / Cancellation Policy:
Once you submit your order, processing begins immediately. Changing or canceling your order may not be possible. If your order is canceled after shipment, a 40% restock fee charge will apply to the order, and you will be responsible for shipping both ways. The customer must receive a “ Return Authorization Number” by us to ship anything back. All shipments will be refused without this number. All returned merchandise be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. If returns are damaged in transit back to us, it will be refused and returned to the original shipper to file a claim for damage. No COD’s will be accepted on returned items. No returns on mantel cabinets.
Lead Time:
Generally, you will receive your merchandise sooner then the quoted lead time. However, plan ahead for your installations. Some items (especially in peak season) may take longer to ship. Lead time is dependant on the item not being back ordered by the manufacturer. If a back order does happen, you will be notified by email.
Special Orders:
Price quotes on special order requests are valid for 10 days. Special/Custom orders can not be canceled after the order has been processed. Special/Custom orders can take longer for shipment and delivery than in stock items. You will be notified of lead time on these items. All sales are final on special/custom orders. No returns will be accepted.
Receiving your freight:
Please do not sign for your receipt of shipment until the following has been completed. Carefully inspect your shipment for damage. All of our orders are shrink wrapped prior to shipping. Remove the plastic wrap to inspect the shipment. Note in writing on the bill of lading any cut, tear, scratch, bend or crease to the box, no matter how minor it might appear. Please sign the bill of lading as "Potential concealed damage".
Damaged Merchandise:
We take pride in our careful packaging of your purchase and although freight damage is rare, it can occasionally occur. If apparent/visual damage should occur, it MUST be noted on the freight bill or delivery receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. We will send at our discretion, any parts required for documented freight damage. Should the parts exceed our internal formulas, we reserve the right to have you repackage the product and ship it back to us. Failure to notify eStovesNMore of any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours will result in the customer being responsible for any repairs and / or replacement parts.
Warranty:
If it is determined that repair is necessary, we will ship any required replacement parts to you. All parts are sent via UPS ground with an option for the customer to pay for an express shipping method. The purchaser is responsible for the return of any defective part(s) to eStovesNMore. In order to ensure the return of defective parts, replacement part(s) will be charged to you and then reimbursed upon the return of the defective part(s). A labor reimbursement fee may be paid to you based on the manufacturers' rate schedule for that specific repair.
Liabilities:
Due to the fact that eStovesNMore does not manufacture any of the products that we sell, we shall assume no liability arising from the use, misuse or improper operation of any products purchased from us. We shall not be responsible for any amount other than that of the original purchase prices of the product in question.

If you are having difficulty with your stove please call 1 (888) 357-4596 and have the following information ready:
- Serial number and date of purchase
- Make and model
- Type of fuel
- Problematic condition and who diagnosed the condition.
- Was the unit professionally installed?
We will help you correct your problem to the best of our ability, but we can only make recommendations based upon the information you provide. Thank you for your understanding.
